Fees for completed consultations, delivered services, or completed portions of a mentorship program are generally non-refundable.

Given that Scholar Evolution services involve personalized preparation, guidance, and dedicated time allocation, requests for partial refunds are reviewed according to the specific service arrangement, timing of services, and individual circumstances.

For ongoing mentorship services, any requests for partial refunds are reviewed according to the applicable Client Terms of Agreement, including the timing and extent of services provided and individual circumstances.

Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns or questions directly so that appropriate solutions may be considered where possible.
